3. Ordering and contract

A purchase submission occurs upon completing checkout. We acknowledge receipt via email, and a formal sales agreement takes effect when we release goods to the courier. 4. Prices and payment

5. Delivery

6. Product images and colours

7. Transfer of risk

We retain responsibility for your order until the carrier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at your specified address. All risk of loss or damage passes at that point. Record any visible transit damage with the carrier directly and notify us within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt following our Returns policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all wellness products supplied must conform to contract specifications, be fit for their intended purpose, and maintain satisfactory merchantable quality. Electronic personal accessories carry statutory coverage against manufacturing non-conformities, whereas topical cosmetics remain protected when stored unopened away from direct heat.

9. Liability

The total contractual and tortious liability of Soft Ember Essentials Ltd. for any event or series of connected events is strictly limited to £100 or the total purchase price paid for the specific order, whichever figure is lower. Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts liability where statutory law forbids such limitation.
